In order to facilitate and enhance the continuous professional development of all chartered accountants in compliance with international standards, the Institute's Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD) was introduced.

MCPD Credit Hour Requirements

The MCPD is Compulsory for EVERY QUALIFIED MEMBER, of the Institute whose membership is current.

MCPD Seminar

Every member of the Institute is required to obtain a minimum of thirty (30) credit hours in a year. MCPD credit hours is obtainable both for structured and unstructured activities.
