| Senior Accountant – Real Estate / Property Development We are a start-up real estate and property development company developing the Fish Valley Mixed-Use Development in Ikeja GRA, Lagos. We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant who will serve as the sole in-house accountant and take ownership of day-to-day accounting and financial reporting. Responsibilities include maintaining the general ledger, preparing management accounts, managing reconciliations and month-end close, monitoring development and project costs, supporting budgeting and cash-flow planning, and working with outsourced tax advisers and auditors. The ideal candidate must be technically strong, comfortable working independently and able to maintain accurate, reliable and well-supported financial records.
