Part-Time Financial Consultant / Retainer Accountant (Pharma Import & Regulatory)
Company Profile: We are a lean, growing pharmaceutical importation and regulatory consultancy company based in Lagos. We operate a highly efficient B2B model, distributing directly to major wholesalers. We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (ACA/FCA) on a part-time/retainer basis to structure our financials for long-term growth and handle compliance. Key Responsibilities: Monthly Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and cash reconciliations via cloud accounting software. Costing & Inventory: Accurately calculate landing costs per SKU (factoring in FX rates, customs duties, clearing fees, and logistics) to ensure precise profit margin tracking. Tax Compliance: Monthly preparation and filing of VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), and State PAYE returns. Handle annual CIT filings with the FIRS. Financial Reporting: Generate quarterly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets, providing strategic insights on cash flow and business performance.
