The key accountabilities are: Direct the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cashflow statement, monthly trial balances and bank remittances, reports to the corporate management team and then to be used in consolidation for TY Holdings Group, tax returns for local, state, and federal governments and tax analysis for TY Holdings Ltd. Monitor and analyze financial reports and records, properly communicate them to the Management team and pro-actively identify issues and initiate corrective actions where needed. Assist the Chief Financial Officer with annual budget preparation and analysis. Manage relationship with audit firms for annual audit and attend to statutory and internal auditors. Assist in developing, documenting, and implementing internal control policies and procedures across the group. Lead the implementation of Business Systems Applications in the group in conjunction with system vendors. Provide strong banking and treasury support for the centre including the preparation of bank reconciliation. Manage and coordinate the process for obtaining all necessary statutory certification as relates to TY Holdings Group fixed assets. Conduct and conclude Fixed Asset Verification exercise every two years in the group. Establish and implement process for identification and test of impairment indicators on TY Holdings assets. Prepare periodic activity reports for the attention of the CFO Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the CFO
